We are looking for a driven colleague who, together with the HR Officer, wants to contribute to the development of employees, professionalization of the HR department, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Alphatron Medical is in full growth mode. Therefore, we are expanding our HR department and seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Advisor. This position is for 32-40 hours per week, based at our beautiful headquarters at Rotterdam - The Hague Airport.

You have extensive HR knowledge. Depending on your expertise, you will take on broad responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR Officer on various HR-related projects such as Performance Management, HR Process Automation, and Recruitment.

What will you do with us?

  • Advising managers and employees on HR matters such as labor law, absenteeism, and performance management.
  • Guiding recruitment processes, including drafting job profiles and conducting interviews.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
  • Contributing to or being responsible for various HR improvement projects.
  • Implementing guidelines, rules, and procedures in line with HR policies and legal regulations.

What do we expect from you?

To succeed in this role, we require a relevant Bachelor's degree and work experience as an HR Advisor. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly are crucial. Experience in project management is preferred.
